Northpine Land knew that asking people to live in a rural area might seem like asking for much, which is why they made sure to include modern amenities for the residents so there is no need for them to go out of the community that often.

If you have a couple of young children, they will surely have a lot of fun in the children’s playground and mini-park. They can literally hang out with the other kids in the neighborhood in the playground while you and the other parents can just sit on the park benches and relax while you keep an eye on your kids. If you want to get in on some of the fun, and when you want to escape the harsh Philippine summers, you and your family can head on over to the pool area and take a dip.

The pool area in Montana Views consists of an adult pool that is large enough for you to do a couple of laps in case you want to work on your cardio health. Also, there is a shallower kiddie pool where younger kids can sit down and splash around with their friends.

If you are fond of jogging a couple of times around the block every morning or evening, you can do so on the rather wide, paved roadways. On the other hand, if you want to work up a bit of sweat, while at the same time have a good time with your friends, you can head on over to the community basketball court and play a couple of pickup games. The basketball court is completely covered so you can play ball rain or shine.

Even though Montana Views is in a rural area, the developers did make sure that there will be an ample supply of electricity and water passing through the community. For instance, to make sure that the residents will always have clean water, Montana Views has its own elevated water tower with a deep well pump to collect water from the water table. However, the community is also connected to the local public water service provider.

Security is also not a problem when you live in Montana Views. The entire compound is surrounded on all sides by a high, electrified, concrete wall that will surely deter would be intruders from entering the compound illegally. Aside from the high perimeter fence, there are also security guards posted in all of the entrances to the community. Also, for added measure, there are CCTV cameras installed in various places in the Montana Views community so you can be sure that there will always be someone looking out for anything weird or dangerous.

The security guards also patrol the streets at regular intervals. Although they might not be able to catch perpetrators in the act while they check on the residents, the mere fact that they are visibly trying to keep the community safe is more than enough to prevent criminals from taking advantage of the homeowners.
